Outgoing U.S. senator Pat Toomey introduces Stablecoin TRUST Act

Outgoing Pennsylvania Senator Pat Toomey introduced the Stablecoin TRUST Act. Toomey has said that the FTX disaster was caused not by the operations of cryptocurrency, but by the improper or fraudulent handling of those digital assets. Outgoing Pennsylvania Sen. Pat Toomey introduced the Stablecoin TRUST Act on 22 December. The act would establish a federal
